Rosina Zimmer, PhD

An accomplished Italian-born, multilingual artist, Rosina Zimmer has dedicated a lifetime towards successfully utilizing her talents in the Performing Arts.

 

Music Career

Throughout her career in entertainment, she has held recording contracts with ABC Records, USA and RCA Records, Italy along with independent labels, which have led to international television appearances.  She has performed with Lou Rawls, Shecky Greene, Jerry Vale, to mention a few. Locally she has appeared at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts in Fort Lauderdale, along with numerous clubs and special events. She continues to appear in musical events throughout the country, in settings such as Boca Raton and Northwood University in West Palm Beach, as well as musical appearances in theatre and commemorative events.

 

 

She is a “people person,” someone with a vivacious and vibrant personality- talents that have found expression in a lifetime of work devoted to the arts and languages: Italian, at the graduate level, as well as French and Spanish at the undergraduate level. In addition, Rosina  amassed 30 hours of Theater at the undergraduate level as a secondary field of interest.
